Pimlico: Fractional support for marketing agencies.

Make it stand out

I’ve been quiet in recent months, with my head down focused on refining my new Full Funnel PR service offering.

I’ll say more about that in coming months, but as part of it I have also been looking at networks, partners and communities I can collaborate with.

To that end, I've been invited to join a new network called The Pimlico Group.

Pimilco is a c
onsultant collective that works with both clients and marketing agency leaders who want specialist fractional or consultative support: whether that’s a client looking to get the best out of an agency, or an agency looking for an expert to improve its operations.

Alongside our roles as independents, as a group we’ll collaborate on wider client briefs, and introduce a broader range of services when the need is there.

Formed last year, the group covers a wide range of skills and experience: management, operations, marketing, business development, creative, research, pitching, people development & culture.

And now, through me, b2b PR and earned media.

I know the marketing services sector well, initially as part of the leadership team of Propeller PR a decade ago, and then through my own agency. I met fellow fractionals David Meikle and Emma Thwaite through my work for Bountiful Cow, The Kite Factory, Leagas Delaney,the7stars and others over a number of years. And more recently, I’ve been collaborating with Simon Steelon a different EOS Worldwide-related project. More on that soon.

The first order of Pimlico business is a series of webinars, starting with pitching.

Aimed at client CMOs, CCOs, founders, CEOs and marketing agency leaders, it takes place at 8am BST on Thursday 21 May.

Please message me if you're interested. 📥

Collectively we’ve run countless pitches from both client and agency side - plus David has written two books on the subject - so we have deep experience here. I’m sure it will be a great session.

Thanks also to the wider Pimlico team Leanda Trethewey, Catherine Allison, David Eakins and Rob Harrison-Plastow for making me feel so welcome.

Finally, please do drop me a line if we haven’t spoken for a while, I’d love to know what you’re up to. 😊
